BACKSTAGE & DANCER HOLDING
Assigned dressing rooms are located upstairs and downstairs. Due to limited capacity, parents are not permitted in the dressing room areas.
A rehearsal area is available in the ballroom.
PROPS & LOADING
Due to limited storage, all props must be clearly labelled with the routine number and removed after the session in which they are used. Large props may be unloaded through the loading bay behind the stage—please check in with The One staff before unloading.
IMPORTANT VENUE NOTES
Due to the venue layout, choreographed runarounds are not recommended.
The theatre and select dining areas are open to all ages. Guests under 19 are not permitted on the casino floor.

SCHEDULE & IMPORTANT NOTES
PLANNED WITH INTENTION
Schedules are created once registration is complete, with thoughtful consideration given to dancer spacing, age appropriate performance times and the overall flow of the event.

SCHEDULE RELEASE
A draft schedule will be provided to registered studios for review. Final schedules are released at least four weeks before each event.

MUSIC & WAIVERS
Music must be uploaded through Dance Comp Genie two weeks before the event. Waivers are due one month before the event.

AWARDS & THE SHOWDOWN
Awards sessions are scheduled approximately every 2–3 hours. On the final day, selected routines are invited back to compete in The Showdown, followed by Overall Awards.

PERFORMANCE DAYS
Studios should be available for all advertised event dates. Exact performance days cannot be confirmed until the schedule is complete. Schedule requests cannot be accommodated. Routines are scheduled by discipline while considering age, level, group size and appropriate spacing between performances.
